Reporters Without Borders (aka RSF, for Reporters Sans Frontières) has published its World Press Freedom Index, which should matter as much to you as to those of us in the media. There’s a fairly good correlation between media freedoms and freedom in general. Last year was the deadliest on record for journalists, by the way.
